Under US law, Oceanos and its parent organization, are defined as a 501.c.3 charitable organization. Our stated purpose is to provide information and communication support to other global not for profit organizations.

The team behind Oceanos is dedicated to providing information and communication technology assistance and deployment experience to the global 'not for profit' community. We are focused primarily in the database and web services area with a specific emphasis in the messaging area.
