Our goal for Oceanos is to help other non profit organizations and public agencies become more effective (and we hope at a lower cost) when meeting their needs when the use of our technology & business assistance makes sense for them. We measure how we meet our goal based on feedback from the other organizations.

Our stated mission is to provide information and communication development, implementation, as well as operational support to a variety of specific programs as well as helping other domestic and global not for profit organizations.
